I am extremely pleased that I selected Promatics to work on my ecommerce site build project. It was a complex set of project requirements and without doubt they surpassed all my expectations. I have used a lot of web development companies before and they are without doubt the most professional business that I have ever worked with. From fully detailed project scope documents (big ones) to user manuals for all of the functions they built for the site, Promatics were very professional and impressed me with their replies and commitment to the project. I was updated every day with a large project update document which I then added to/amended and sent back to promatics, it worked well. I have more work to do on this site that I will be getting Promatics to do and I also have another full new site that I will be getting them to do in the next few months!!
